CNC U-Shape & Strengthening Rib Assembling & Welding Machine of Box-Beam Type SKUG is a combined machining equipment of U-shape spot welding machine and strengthening rib assembling and spot welding machine. It may complete the spot welding function for welding of U-shape and strengthening rib at one time. And it may carry out the welding of H-beam and T-steel. It is high in efficiency, good in quality and economic in use.

The workpiece will be shifted to CNC U-shape and strengthening rib assembling machine by the clamping device and conveyor of box-beam, and the welding is controlled by CNC system. The machine is adopted with CO₂ gas shielded welding.
